乾净舒适，房间阳台可以观景，所附照片就是在房间拍摄。酒店位置很便捷，就是南门所在，进出景区很方便。通过酒店前台提供的司机电话，很快就可以叫车返回郴州西高铁站。这里很棒！早餐还有提升的空间，但总体来讲已很满足了。

The suite is very spacious and comes with great view but it hasn't been used for a while so it smelt a bit stuffy. The bathtub outside the bedroom can't be used coz people can see you from the outside and it can fill with insects very quickly！@

带着娃定的1200元的套房，房间里面四瓶水，跟前台説麻烦再送四瓶水，被告知房间只能再送两瓶……第一次住酒店矿泉水要收费，很无语！
没有洗衣房…另外下午茶，我説可否帮我送到房间服务员説不行?，然后我下去二楼餐厅，服务员无数次问我需不需要打包，我説不打包，要在餐厅吃，最后还是给我打包了……这种服务实在匹配不上这样的价格！

酒店价格与服务很不批配，早餐没啥东西吃的，下粉的人都没有，喊半天不知道从哪里端了两碗粉摆在边上，都不敢去吃中晚餐的品种非常少，且又贵不好吃，房间的枕头非常不舒服，搞得一晚上没有睡好觉，除了离景点近点，其它没有好的

中国最差的酒店，酒店因差农民工资，进酒店马路被农民用车堵住，导致我们在外被苦等近2小时，期间右手大拇指被夹出血，分别向110报警，向12345投诉，早餐无法使用。与酒店联系，还耍官腔，要调查有没有此事发生，这样酒店谁住谁倒霉。

第一次给酒店差评，原以为在景区内，风景好位置好，哪知道进出景区是在酒店一楼，所有游客都在酒店内部穿过，非常嘈杂！七八百近千的房间，早餐也是异常简陋，第一次见米粉是煮熟丢一大盆在外面，自己夹的。自助晚餐58一位，没得别的餐厅选，这个酒店就这种用餐方式。果然一分钱一分货，鹌鹑蛋是臭的，恶心死…….基围虾也是冰冻死虾……总之配套完全跟不上，不知道是酒店房间定价太高还是别的服务匹配不上，总之体验感极差！
