第一：和五星级差得太远。第二：硬件太差，服务勉强。第三：泡池实在太脏，虽然叫了服务员打扫，但服务员居然拿着扫把就来了，完全不消毒。第四：房间马桶臭的要死，还脏。第五：房间就像鬼屋一样，灯一点都不亮。第六：只要移动被子，就会出现大量可吸入颗粒物。第七：看了一下老评论，所有评论中提的意见没有一个悦椿酒店改正过。反而越做越差。（我是住的别墅区这边，特别失望，本人认真且不说半点假话评论。）

加钱住到别墅区，吃住都不错，景色优美，环境怡人，五星杠杠的......扣分项，去游泳时，健身房和游泳池一个员工都没有，没安全员，连毛巾都没有，拿吹风机吹干的，崩溃......
