  I came here during the off season, so my review reflects that. This was a very affordable stay in a very quiet building. There were lots of restaurants open downstairs and nearby with good prices. The room was comfortable and the view I had of the lake was great. I believe the previous comments about the lift are only relevant to the high season - in January I had no wait at all. The staff were also great and very welcoming.

  整个酒店环境非常好，前台帮忙升级了房间，视野非常开阔，抚仙湖一览无遗，晚上看晚霞也是绝美！房间特别乾净，用具也很高档，离网红小镇也不远，吃饭在楼下餐厅很方便！去了他们家餐厅还可以打折，菜品份量也很足，体验感很好！

  服务相当好，前台姐姐很热情，贴心，前台小姐姐还帮忙升级了房间，房间的设施很齐全，房间还有大大的落地窗相当的奈斯，而且离景区很近，真是不二选择，酒店有自己的餐厅，就在楼下，凭房卡就可以打折，价格也相当的客人，下次来肯定订他家！ 服务：好 设施：好

  再次来到澄江，澄江变化很大，环境变好了，景色也美了，樱花也开了，有幸的是我选择了一家，温暖的酒店。前台热情，房间乾净整洁，这些都让我感到舒心愉悦，酒店离湖边不远，在房间就能看到美丽的抚仙湖，自助早餐也很丰富，住的体验感很好，分享给朋友们！

  来了好几次了，都是选择山之湖酒店，其他家住不惯，每次来前台都帮忙升级了房间。它家住的舒服，房间也很乾净。床品舒服，一次性用品都齐全，主要是服务都很好，很舒服！落日也很美，推荐大家来体验下！
