前台的服务很不专业，态度也很不好！房间隔音太差，墙面是薄板子做的，隔壁的声音很清晰，隔壁做啥事都听的清清楚楚！下面一层楼的声音也很清晰！

愚蠢至极的前台，前后两个前台对入住的情况之对答口径都不一致，浪费客人的大量时间和情绪。愚蠢，迂腐。自己内部发生的问题，第一反应不是如何给出解决方案，而是让顾客自行承担内部错误带来的后果，竖子不足与谋。白瞎了挺好的房间条件，这样的前台迟早搞垮酒店。
这1000块房钱是我2023年最愚蠢的一次支出。
