空调效果差，大夏天的，空调开了两个小时，室内温度还是27，打电话给总台说是找人来看，师傅真的就是来看，看一下就走了，也没个回复，也没有处理，极其不满意。还有就是床太软，翻个身就跟蹦床一样，谁动一下整个床都在动。办事效率也体现在了退房，18分钟才办理好退房，就退个押金，签个字，至于不。
