酒店其实不错，就是服务员服务不热情。离店回成都高速要现金给过路费，恰好我没有带够，在门口工行又不能取钱（机器坏了）。我就找到一位服务员，说给我一百，我微信转你，服务员让我找其他人。我找到开票的服务员，和他一起的应该是酒店的销售经理或者一个小管理者，然后这位小管理者让我找前台。最后我找了前台，前台一位工作人员说没有。。。。反正所有人都很冷漠。和我办理入住时候完全两种感受

酒店特别干净 中心地带 服务也很好 餐厅自助餐也不错，真心推荐，准五星酒店，屋内设施也很好，来乐山推荐可以住在这里。

不能再满意，加200升级为大头儿子主题房后，女儿开启了自high 模式，房间设施全部为大头儿子主题产品，非常有爱，还配备了小智伴机器人，女儿一直跟机器人聊天，简直是带娃神器
