吐槽：我住的高级大床房好吵，酒店旁边有大楼夜间施工无法入睡。另外，床垫四周很软不舒服。第二日果断决定换房。前台告知说酒店官网预定便宜，直接补差价即可，（重点来了）可是本人在某旅行网上购买比官网更便宜。下单后酒店前台说我定的太便宜了、定不到、迟迟不确认订单，让我从酒店前台交费，可是我已经收到某旅行网发给我的 酒店已接受订单确认预定成功，拿给前台看，前台无语，剩下100多块。办理入住后 出去后在回来 酒店房卡却打不开房门，找到楼层服务员打开后，和服务员同时进入房间却闻到 刺鼻的腥臭味（应该是抹布或擦地的没洗净就保洁），下楼找到前台提出换房…前台对讲联系楼层保洁处理后在卖其他客人。看来客人不提出异议就得低品质的住着…我没设置匿名点评 我有理我不怕
