房间很干净，位置也不错，正好在天府广场周边，很不错的一个地方。我觉得还是可以的，女儿也比较满意，总体上还是很不错的酒店，至少感觉还不错我觉得还可以

前台服务员态度不好。订的房间有免费升豪华间一项，如果不説根本就不想给升级。房间设施太陈旧，没有睡衣，不符合五星级酒店。

一家老牌的五星级酒店就在天府广场旁边，性价比超高，酒店有洗衣机，烘乾机24小时自助服务，还有机器人送餐，大厅服务员态度非常好。每次来小杨还帮我做升级房间安排的妥妥的，非常贴心，点赞。

应该是一家老牌星级酒店，设施稍微有一点陈旧，但是服务确实很好，从进店后的前台老小邹帮我办理入住，到客房入住衞生很乾净，而且客房的服务人员都很亲切很热情，有一种回家的感觉，王容大姐服务很周到衞生打扫得很仔细乾净，还有机器人可以送餐到房间，非常的方便，出行也是很方便，离各个景区都很近，值得推荐，下次继续入住

成都城市名人酒店位置极佳，位于市中心，步行即可到达春熙路，出行非常方便。酒店虽有一定年代，房间略显岁月感，但服务保持高水准，体验依然舒适。整体而言，是一家性价比很高的优质选择。很遗憾泳池入住期间无法使用。
