我应该是被前台美女坑了 说什么预订房型没有 免费升级其他房间 但我感觉根本就不如我预订的房型好 而且酒店是不让外卖拿上楼的 外面很多正在建设的工程 白天就很吵 也就不考虑续住了... 给五星完全是因为大门外那位工作人员 我约的车找不着路口进来 他主动帮我和司机联系 很暖心

入住酒店时房间还未打扫就上房间去等服务员打扫，上去了一直没有服务员打扫就自己去喊服务员打扫并打电话给前台，服务员进来在没有打扫完的情况下打扫了没有5分钟就又转去其他房间打扫把客人凉在房间一直等待，再三催促也未过来。服务真的是极其无语，再也不会选择这家酒店了

上一次真的印象非常好，床偏硬一点，干净，位置好。结果这一次住行政楼层……脏得触目惊心。我爸踢了脚地毯，那个地毯下面…………不会再住明宇了

各方面都不错，主要是位置离天府广场地铁口近，去哪儿都方便。25楼的清洁阿姨杨静很负责认真，给个赞👍。晚上很安静，很快就入睡了。下次来还会考虑再次入住！
