近年来很少住酒店，相对来説还是可以的！电梯是刷卡上楼的，我去2楼洗衣服！因为房间有小孩，就没有取卡！就上不了楼！在等小孩送下来的过程中，应该是保安！我就想説帮忙刷一下电梯卡，问可以刷一下电梯卡我上楼，结果説，你没有卡找总枱，结果自己跑1楼前台请前台美女补了一个房卡！举手之劳而已！哎

第一次来这个地方，酒店大堂设计独特很豪华大气。前厅服务非常好，很热情，我要刮胡刀和矿泉水一下子就给我送过来了。房间衞生也很乾净，床很舒服。走廊碰到做衞生的阿姨也热情打招呼，这点非常不错，感觉很温馨。

入住的时候，房间椅子上有垃圾渣渣，墙壁上有血迹！抽纸快用完了，也没有放！给总枱联系了，然后安排服务人员过来打扫！后来又送了水果来！总体来説，还是可以！能在这个地方，有这么好的酒店！
