很不错的一家全季，从黄龙和九寨游完回来留宿成都住的，设施很乾净，尤其是这个床垫，睡着真的太舒服了，有两种枕头可以选，也满足了认床人的需求！
服务态度特别好，晚上需要洗衣服，前台小姐姐还帮忙洗好烘乾送了上来！推荐

我真的要给大家好好吐槽一下这家酒店，避雷这家酒店！！！
我这次入住的体验简直糟糕透顶。办理入住时，就隐隐感觉不妙。进到房间一看，房间小得可怜，转个身都费劲，厕所更是小得让人难以忍受，空间逼仄得让人心情都压抑了。
明明我下午就已经办理了入住，并且入住后还收拾了好久才休息。结果到了晚上一点多，我好不容易进入梦乡，酒店居然打电话来问我什么时候入住。被这通电话硬生生打醒后，我整个人都懵了，心情烦躁得不行。之后怎么都睡不着，在床上翻来覆去，直到凌晨 4 点才迷迷糊糊又睡过去。
还有这酒店的网络，简直形同虚设。wifi 根本不能用，信号差得要命，连个消息都发不出去。我本来还想晚上休息的时候看看剧放松一下，结果啥都干不了。
更让人崩溃的是，屋顶的消防自动洒水器一直闪个不停，一闪一闪的光让房间里的光线很不稳定，严重影响了我的睡眠。这一晚上，我被折腾得几乎没怎么睡好。
这次入住真的是我有史以来最差的一次体验，希望大家千万不要踩雷，选酒店的时候一定要慎重！

ery satisfying stay. Excellent service from the front desk! They have a robot service that delivers items and food. We booked their deluxe family room, which was spacious, with one bathroom and one toilet. Overall, it’s a solid 10/10!

I didn’t expect to stay but extremely tired from walking in the forest. So, I booked the room instantly only 4hrs before going to airport. Hotel staffs were so helpful, and room was so nice. Bed was so comfortable.Tasty tea with teapot and small postcard are my favorite. Highly recommend!
