除了地下停车场 其他硬件设施还是一样的希尔顿水准 酒店是新开的 酒店工作人员的效率还需要再提升提升 下午五点左右到酒店 房间都还没有打扫出来

酒店入住办理时间长，由于可能是刚开业的原因，人员不熟练，酒店的泳池不能使，九点多去吃早餐，很多东西都没有了，叫来了餐厅经理才又上东西吃，而且餐饮区设计非常不合理，都是砂锅盖子，一手拿盘子，另一只手夹吃的，砂锅盖子根本就没地方放，而且易碎。

春节旅游第一次入住，预定时看到是春节前新开的酒店，估计会比较干净整洁而且距离市中心不远，对于自驾旅游来说也是方便的，因此预定了。自驾导航到达酒店很方便。从到达酒店开始，给我们第一印象最深的就是酒店从停车场的工作人员、大堂服务生、酒店前台和客房工作人员和自助餐厅员工都很主动热情问候春节好，主动打招呼，给人感觉宾至如归，很有礼貌和很温馨，值得肯定和表扬！酒店各处很整洁，房间从床位、卫生间均很新和很干净，入住舒适！地下停车场免费停车，对于喜欢自驾的客人很方便，晚上地下停车场内也有工作人员值守。中午酒店的中餐厅的菜式和味道也很好！早餐餐点式样少一点但基本够吃，也做的比较可口和精致，餐厅服务员很有礼貌和热情，主动打招呼和主动满足我们的需求！总体而言是一次各方面很满意的入住体验。
