  酒店是承德市最高档的了，五星级标准，住宿体验非常好，房间有欢迎小吃，我和孩子过生日还特意送了一份早餐和温泉洗浴，前台的服务员周到细致，有一位女服务员接待的我们，始终笑容相对，让我们到店第一印象很好！酒店还有免费的游泳健身，还送了热河温泉洗浴，早餐种类非常丰富，此次旅游完美!

  地理位置好，下来高速几分钟就到了，硬件挺好，但是服务一般，不远就是万达吃饭方便！房间面积大，有欢迎水果但是口感一般哈

  位置很好，离万达很近，自驾停车也方便，车位多。 工作人员服务热情，很有耐心。 房间乾净整洁，就是屋里温度有些高，关了空调也热要开窗睡。 总体还是非常满意的，下次再来。
