非常满意，2021年最后一天，因为退房时不小心将电脑💻遗失在前台，联系酒店时，工作人员核对完信息后，确实无误后，帮忙了邮寄。特别感谢宾客服务经理Andy，下次出差承德一定首选元宝山假日酒店。
