凤凰酒店从来没让我失望过，无论哪里的，风景美，早餐非常丰盛，这次住的亲子房，里面孩子玩的玩具设施不错，酒店的香氛味道也不错

挺好的，碧桂园特有风格，大堂很气派，欧式壁画，房间阳台可以看巢湖，房间很大，空调效果好，卫生，干净，酒店服务很热情，效率也很快，推荐大家住她家

刚好旅游去看到评论挺不错的就果断选择居住这里，结果还是满意的，停车也方便，前台服务非常的好如果下次出去玩还是会选择这里。

环境不错。有免费的停车场，早餐是自助的，选择多样化，酒店设施设备很齐全，酒店整体环境非常好。叫车也特别方便，服务热情，前台小姐姐很贴心，热情洋溢，房间卫生干净整洁。地理位置优越。

酒店风景很美，靠近湖边环境很好，大堂豪华，长廊古典优雅，办理入住时，前台马思敏和刘友莹两位小姐姐非常热情，询问了各种需求，早餐很丰富品种齐全，房间正对湖，房间很大，设施很好也很干净，酒店离市区也很近，交通也方便，退房李小诗经理还送了一个小礼品，询问了入住了满意度，这样的服务推荐大家去住！
