早餐很棒，行政酒廊的服务也不错，儿童乐园很不错，娃们玩得不亦乐乎。周边环境不错，美食选择也多，按照点评选了一家网红店打卡。停车方便，适合自驾出游。

酒店的档次还不错，服务态度也没的说，早餐很丰富，这次住的是卡通亲子房，房间挺大，卫生间也足够大。但有些细节还是没注意到，如卫生间的推拉门，很沉，推拉门时很费劲；厕所的玻璃门的底部的胶片与地面接触过紧，关门时产生刺耳的尖叫声，尤其是半夜上厕所，把其他人都吵醒；尤其不满意的是枕头，又厚又硬，连小朋友的枕头也是这样，睡的还不舒服。

非常非常满意的酒店，满满俄罗斯风情，我个人觉得哈尔滨服务超级好的酒店，里面有百年电梯，百年音乐盒，服务员都会很耐心的带我体验，房屋设施设备也非常满意舒适，里面随便拍照都好美腻，这次跨年在这里好开心，另外每天早餐牛排也超级好吃，走的时候送行李送到好远，真的贴心，必须五星好评
