整体感觉还是不错的，虽然是五一期间，服务还是很到位，需要的东西都能很快送过来。我们到的比较晚，还有两个小朋友，前台很贴心的给升级了套房，孩子超级开心。早餐也不错，八点多去吃的也不会很拥挤

空调是坏的，半夜快一点来捣鼓半天説是修好了，结果还是坏的，室内温度一直在26度！欢迎水果的曲奇是被人咬了一口？早餐十点准时开始收拾，九点四十几餐厅服务员就开始催，像是不要耽误他们下班一样！叫前台送个外卖，半天也不送来，再电话问前台説是礼宾部吃饭去了，吃饭你告知一下我就自己去取了！浴缸是个摆设，因为没有一次性的浴缸套了！堂堂万达五星级酒店现在就这水准了么！

这个酒店的格局小了点，连空调都舍不得开，现在的天气外面21、22度，房间里面24.5。明显感觉外面凉快房间里面闷热。从入住就把温度调到18度，从来没降下来过。酒店大堂倒是凉快点，到了楼层里和房间里简直就是闷热，怕热的朋友还是别选这家了。估计不到夏天他们不舍得开空调的。

房间面积和布局不错??前台也给升级了，但是窗户外面无景色可看，竟然是一栋更高的商务楼挡住视线，这点非常不好。我叫的外卖让服务人员送到房间。这点服务还是不错！性价比一般般吧！去无锡也很方便呢！

空调不能随意调整，当日26度，室温26度，空调制冷16度后六个小时仍然25度，还好晚上降温至6度。开了一晚的窗降温，窗不是左右开合，而是窗户下沿打开一定角度，聊胜于无。再次体会到90年代没有空调电扇且炎热的夏季晚上，而且连一丝风都没有的酸爽。
