这是我们第二次来住这家酒店了，上一次是2023年5月2日，我生日??选了这家，当时无论是衞生，早餐，酒店设施，服务都给我留下了美好印象，所以这次又选择这家酒店，真是非常明智的决定，服务是一贯地好，前台和客房还有工程部的同志个个亲切，有求必应，我因为生病所以坐轮椅，发现轮椅有些晃，抱着试试的心态问了前台，马上请来了工程部的师傅帮助查找问题，并且拿来工具帮助解决了问题，离开酒店第二天，前台打来电话，原来我落下了一件T恤在房间，主动説给我邮寄回来，真是好感动啊??下次来常熟我还选择你家！

第二次入住沙家浜大酒店了，前台美女非常热情，耐心介绍周边景点啥的，台风刚刚过去，客人没几个，但是酒店各项服务一样不马虎，送了欢迎拿铁咖啡，因为喜欢酒店无敌的湖景房，所以还是选择这家酒店，床品也特别舒服。非常推荐周末度假小住几日。

地理位置不错，在沙家浜镇上，吃饭都方便，离景点也不远，前台服务也很好，订的是酒店房，给免费升级了别墅房，满意。
