第一，办理入住时，全程所有工作人员都板着脸，办理好之后，刷卡，卡刷不出，又去前台，原来是小伙子系统没做进去，但他们也没有一句抱歉！可见素质多差！
第二，房间味道很大。沙发上还有头发，被子上也有头发。真的非常恶心。很久没住过人。
第三，出门时，还有一颗蛮大的石子在进门中间、工作人员站着居然没发现！真的太差了！

简单来説，就是这家酒店住着挺舒服的。节假日人多的时候办入住也很快，不用等太久。房间比较大，两张床的尺寸都很宽敞，枕头软硬适中睡得香。送餐用机器人送，速度特别快。智能马必须加分。泳池有一条0.9米深的泳道，对不太会游泳的人很友好。一楼的中餐厅味道好，价格也不贵。早餐虽然人多，但味道确实不错。

This hotel has a fabulous location, situated in Changshu downtown area and steps away from restaurants and shopping marts. it is also very close to major tourist sites along the Yu Mountain. The hotel has a decent gym, a swimming pool, and a nice inhouse restaurant. The hotel breakfast has many choices and the quality is good too. The whole staff team is very professional and friendly.
