环境就不说了因为在客运站跟前所以交通比较混乱，房间设施老旧，热水器还坏了，晚上11点半换房子，我家宝困的都受不了了还不能洗澡，地上有烟头，我已经不想再找前台了，好累啊，所以卫生有待提高

洗手盆竟然还留着前面客人的呕吐物，一进房间，满房间的酸臭味！毛巾估计五年没换过了（虽然不用酒店毛巾），空调噪音大，下次绝对不会再入住了。

卫生极差，热水不够一个人洗，找服务员多次都没解决，还说热水是这样的，让我们退房。差评。虽然过去了几个月，感觉还是不好。
