酒店位置和环境都很好，尤其是服务非常贴心；员工素质非常高，无论酒店内外都无处不体现南湖宾馆的高品质服务水准。
我在出行期间晚上叫车回酒店，不小心遗失了手机在的士上，本来以为找不到了，却被酒店下班的员工曹旭同志拾得，并主动第一时间联系了我家人并送回；不仅拾金不昧并且在拒绝了报酬，当时天已经黑了10月的长春晚上天气非常凉，曹旭同志一直在楼下等着我们并归还了手机，让人非常感动。南湖宾馆的服务质量让人觉得贴心，无论是工作中还是下班后的南湖宾馆酒店员工，都让人如沐春风。
同时餐厅客房礼宾大堂服务都很不错，以后再来长春一定还会住在这里。
再次感谢南湖宾馆和曹旭同志，给我们的旅行带来了美好的体验！
