酒店环境很好，地理位置一流，吃饭购物都很方便，送了水果，服务贴心到位，下次还会选择香格里拉酒店。建议增加停车引导人员，免得找不着车位。

很棒啊，贴心的问候信、迎宾水果，地段绝佳，旁边居然就是卓展购物中心，奢华啊，我从重庆来长春重庆路住，完美！就是早上让服务员敲门问有没有衣服需要洗有点尴尬呢……

疫情期间明显感觉入住的人大不如前，酒店入口也有登记、测体温的检测人员，真心感谢为大家服务的人，虽然住的人不多，但是酒店人员服务态度一点儿也没减，退房的时候提醒我别忘记带东西，前台刘黎黎和郑琪琪（都是ABB的名字哈哈??）叮嘱我疫情期间一定要带口罩，态度很好，点赞??哈哈??
