在这里住了三天，房间特别的大，环境也很不错，对面就是购物广场，里面有中餐，站在阳台就能看到下面的小湖，吃完饭环湖跑步是不二之选，早餐不是自助的，要去餐厅点，因为菜单没有图片结果点了四个甜甜圈????????

?????????? 5/5 — Returning Guests & Still Impressed! This is our second stay at Mercure Caroline Springs in just two months — and once again, it did not disappoint! Receptionist Magda was absolutely wonderful—so welcoming and engaging! She recognized us from our first visit and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and comfortable. To our delight, she even told us we’d been upgraded—how exciting! Her warmth and attention to detail truly made our stay special. From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless, comfortable rooms with beautiful lake views, everything was just as perfect as we remembered. The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, and the location is ideal — peaceful yet close to shops, cafes, and restaurants. It’s rare to find a place you want to come back to so quickly, but Mercure Caroline Springs truly feels like a home away from home. Already looking forward to our next visit !!! Comfortable rooms. Air conditioner has a mind of its own, old units sound like a jet constantly taking off and automatically resumes after adjusting from control panel. Changed rooms 2 times and I gave up with the 3rd
