距离地铁南山站比较近，但是目前A口维修关闭，走H口出来要远一点
性价比比较高
有窗德大床房临街的比靠近小区的好，靠近小区的能听到楼下KTV的声音。
豪华大床不去普通大床的空调给力。
楼下有红荔村肠粉，早餐方便。
