The resort is very clean and has beautiful decor. The staff is very professional and helpful. Our room has the private hot spring, which is very relaxing. The bed is very comfortable and the room is full of amenities. We went to the Peacock restaurant for dinner and the food was fresh and delicious. The service was also excellent.
Based on the photos in the hotel listing, I assumed the animals roamed free, however most of them are caged in large spaces. One of the white foxes looked as though it has injuries on its back and an eye infection. I advised the staff to take it to a veterinarian. While the animals are beautiful, it made me feel guilty to see them in cages, particularly the foxes and the large birds, such as the peacocks.

环境很舒适，特别是外面的大草坪，下午还有鹿会出来奔跑。门口拴着两只??，特别可爱。私汤也很放松，下次有机会还会再来。唯一不便的是外卖，不过酒店可以开摆渡车去取。

小童早餐:非常丰盛，小朋友很爱吃，品种多，现做现吃。
服务：前台的小哥哥小姐姐都特别热情，温暖，小朋友也很喜欢小哥哥小姐姐。

非常满意的一次两天一夜住宿体验??在之禾酒店位于紫玉山庄里，环境没的説，大草坪，小动物，旋转木马都是孩子的最爱。酒店客服人员素质都很高，尤其是安妮 、jax 和Kiki态度超好，从入门，停车，接驳，办理入住都让人非常舒适。因为孩子小，需要睡午觉，联系酒店备注，结果不仅下午1点提前入住成功，还免费升级了阳光私汤房??餐厅有两家，西餐厅环境好，有孔雀羊驼小鸭子可以看，中餐厅味道棒性价比更高。有机会一定要常去??

十一宝宝太小，选了离家近的北京在之禾酒店，首次尝试带娃住酒店。在之禾地点在紫玉山庄内，主打市区内溜娃+看动物+泡温泉
下午四点半后，大草坪仅对酒店住客和别墅业主开放，散养着天鹅、羊驼等动物，小鹿也会出来遛弯，氛围清静，体验感佳。
不过更好的看小鹿时间是在上午，小鹿会被放到酒店后山，人少安静，几乎可以独享与小动物相伴的治癒时光。
户外温泉池虽然不多，但配有可爱的小黄鸭，对孩子很有吸引力；露天泳池也适合夏日玩水。
房内温泉为2小时水循环，水温稳定。趁孩子睡着后泡个汤，欣赏窗外林景，非常放松。
入住时主动邀请添加管家微信，响应迅速，沟通无压力，适合“i人”。重点夸奖下安妮 jax kiki，服务非常好
早餐中西结合，且营业至11点，对作息不规律的住客非常贴心。
紫玉山庄内餐厅性价比一般，但外卖便利，前台会用帅气的电瓶车协助取餐，体验很加分。

房间很乾净，屋内设施齐全。酒店的服务员亲和友善，有求必应。服务十分周到。在此感谢安妮和薛薛，消息总是秒回，反应十分迅速。虽然酒店餐厅略小，早餐种类不多，但味道也很不错。最喜欢的一点是入住酒店的客人可以在闭园后近距离的喂小动物和小鸟。山庄的环境真是太好了。
