很满意的服务体验，每一位工作人员都面带微笑，积极主动，真正做到了宾至如归。前台不仅快速办理了入住，还细心介绍了酒店设施和周边讯息。客房服务响应极快，需求总能第一时间被满足。最感动的是，入住期间遇到一个小问题，工作人员不仅高效解决，还主动跟进，退房赠送伴手礼，这种用心程度实在难得！房间乾净舒适，设施齐全，还有洗衣服务，润喉茶很贴心很周到，值得推荐！

Very nice hotel for living. The main advantage for us were the presence of self-service laundry, which is very convenient especially for long living. Food was nice and tasty, receptionists were trying to help in every issue.
