酒店时间比较久了，十多年前的风格。床比较硬，早餐没什么好说的，有没有基本一样。旺季西宁酒店都大幅提价，抱怨价格没多大意思。服务基本维持在涨价前的水准。前台有实习生也有正式员工。正式员工说不上笑脸迎客，但是工作流程还算有条不紊。实习生脸色不好，客人得先跟她说你好，她才会发现自己的工作是前台接待员。可能还不熟练吧，加强一下培训不知道能不能有点提升。
