  住过最差的桔子水晶，不知道怎样混进水晶的行列。设施非常陈旧，旧酒店翻新但很多设施都是旧的没换。酒店附近环境也是很差，有种城中村的感觉。要走去丽枫酒店大堂跟丽枫酒店共享电梯。前台服务态度也很一般。酒店选择少而且非常难吃。以后不会再去了，也不推荐大家去住。

  房间太小了，空气不流通，有假窗户，所以整体上住进来很压抑。而且空调好像被控制了，不能开，真的是这个天气睡觉热死了

  地理位置还可以，离地铁站步行10几分钟，环境衞生都还可以，很乾净，下次来北京还是会选择住这家桔子水晶的

  One of the worst stays I've had during my trip to China. Communication in general is very difficult, especially in China, and in this hotel, most people don't understand anything, not even sign language. It was a bad experience, especially in the breakfast restaurant, where I didn't even eat breakfast during my stay. Long story short. The room window wouldn't close, so there was a lot of cold and noise outside. The location is terrible; don't believe the reviews. The street entrance is strange; even the taxi driver was surprised!

  和朋友来北京旅游，本来定了另一个酒店，但实在是太差了 半夜直奔了这家橘子水晶。前台小姐姐人超级好，给我们升了房还安慰了我们！ 环境：超级好 晚上休息得非常好！

  这次入住留下了很好的体验，尤其是前台服务更是周到和细心，当然了，客房的姐姐们也很棒!餐厅的早餐也很丰富，免费送我去了北京南站，下次还会考虑入住这家酒店!

  房间空间大，乾湿分离，还有个很舒服的沙发，打扫的非常乾净，有免费的饮料和茶包，矿泉水感觉都很高大上，酒店的服务非常好，尤其是陈经理，耐心周到，基本都能尽力满足客户的需求，还有洗衣房和健身房，早餐也很丰盛，去北京的首选
