1.今天绝对碰到了杀熟事件，前台标价398一晚，我携程订房花了433一晚，问前台，两个小伙子很漠视的说，我们要给携程交服务费啊，原来服务费是需要消费者承担
2.我带着孩子，告知前台要一个好一点的房间，结果还是给了一个挨着电梯的房间，隔音奇差，半夜一群人大声喧哗，吵的要死，郁闷至极
3.豪华房间不大，洗手间更小，毛巾边角都是破损，黑黑的，真是性价比极低
多花钱，服务差，服务员没有服务意识，让人心寒，消费者的权益在哪里，删除携程，再也不会入住这家酒店

缺点，1.房间里没有座机，有事还要跑的前台说！2.电视不能看直播，其他的节目都要花钱.3.服务人员推三堵四的不给解决电视问题，一拖再拖，一直糊弄人.
优点，早餐简单但能吃饱，还不错！酒店位置很好找
