退房结账后没有当即离开酒店，又刷1000预授权，前台人员说交回房卡立即取消。结果第二天下午跟前台沟通却怎么也没人接听电话，第三天上午继续找前台，拿着电话等了十几分钟也没找到我的单子（已经明确告诉房号），说随后回复我，我特意询问她贵姓，说姓孔…没有消息，第三天下午再次致电前台找孔小姐，却说上午不曾接过我的电话，说有可能是实习生，我当时就懵了，五星酒店是这样对待客户吗？！虽然在通话时立即取消了预授权，但这里的服务也太有些差强人意！连续住了六晚却没有留下一点好印象，差劲👎！已经懒得再追踪是哪位实习生冒充孔小姐👎

1:计划住五晚，前两晚双床后三晚大床，但是在下单时没有特别标注，就因为这点事跟酒店沟通好久，很不愉快。2:本是订的行政房，入住时却告知没有，换了房型，房价未变动。就不明白订单无论从哪个渠道都是需要你酒店确认的呀，怎么会出现这种情况呢？！！
