脏就不説了，服务更是差到要命，备注写着孕妇带孩子给安排装修旁边，一早上八点开始装修，给前台打电话，更是冷冰冰来句是装修要么给你换间房，我怀孕七个月，你们又安静的房间不安排这么折腾我和孩子！吃早餐想要全熟的蛋，我説你好几分钟能做好，煎蛋的****一样！就你们这服务态度跟糊弄不会再选择第二次，也不差你们那三瓜俩枣的破礼物

酒店位于亮马桥地铁站边上，距离三里屯2公里多，酒店设施齐全，环境衞生乾净整洁，服务态度热情周到，唯一就是装修有些老旧。

酒店位置很好，出地铁站就到了，我们到得早，有房，前台安排提前入住，楼层视野很好，走到亮马河也很近，大厅很有氛围，咖啡吧生意不错，员工都很有礼貌。

定的家庭房可以环视东三环，视野开阔明亮。早餐可选择的食物很丰富。临近东三环，交通便利，而且看到大堂前就有地铁出口。

家庭房很大 宽敞舒适 视野极好 确实有一种宾至如归的感觉 威斯汀确实有年头了 但服务也是老牌的 早餐非常丰盛 出门就是地铁 下次带娃旅游还会选择这家

房间设施很旧，连茶包都找不到，灯光很暗，大路车流隔音不行，老酒店了，所以房间是大的，地理位置很方便。服务上一般般吧，叫拿个水都慢悠悠的。可能稍微装修一下，内部团队稍微提高一点会更符合威斯汀出品。
