这是我住过最差的 1000以上/晚的酒店
购买的房间 包含早餐 入住的时候 没有任何服务人员提示早餐地点和时间 后面我想起来折返回来询问 才机械性的回答
房间内部设施极旧 热水壶已经明显有黄锈 各种桌面上有陈年污渍 船头靠板多处编织物脱落 地毯很脏
第二天去吃早餐 我一边吃 阿姨一边强行收我的桌子 我説我还没吃完 阿姨説她要下班了 不管不顾 一直收拾 就餐体验被恶意打扰
非常不推荐！ 冤大头！

此次入住非常满意。房间衞生无可挑剔，整洁舒适；服务响应迅速，整体体验极佳。尤其要表扬客房部小孙主管，工作极其认真负责，专业素养超高，帮助客人的时候展现出卓越的能力与真诚的态度，令人印象深刻。

每次来北大上课都住在这里，老牌酒店了。设施较为老旧，房间与其他同等五星酒店肯定无法比拟。但硬件虽差软件还是不错的，服务意识很强。前台的每个人虽然很忙，但都会努力的帮助你。也许因为太忙的缘故衞生打扫的不够细致，浴盆旁还有未用完的浴盐袋子。可想浴盆是否被打扫？这次住的643房间床头的插座是坏的，手机没充到电。麻烦改进一下。希望越做越好，下次有不一样的体验。

Everything was wonderful. Loved the gym and the facilities. Breakfast also amazing. Concierge and front desk team are phenomenal. Ms. Chen Wei and Mr. Su Wei Dong and Mr. Jiang are so efficient in checking me in and making sure everything went smoothly
