圣诞季的宝格丽很美丽，早餐能24小时送到房间大加分！
服务真的没得説，管家Charlotte总是超出想象地尽可能为我们提供更好的服务和礼赠，感受到了暖暖的心意。
孕妇枕也是超预期，城市staycation让孕期的心情很美妙，以后有机会带宝宝再来~

朋友这次来北京出差，特意选了宝格丽酒店，入住体验真的可以用满分来形容。
首先必须夸夸酒店的位置，地处京城核心地段，不管是去国贸工作，还是去三里屯逛吃，出行都特别方便，打车基本十几分钟就能到，对于时间紧张的人来説，简直太友好了。
办理入住时，管家Vanessa全程都特别贴心周到。从进门时的热情迎接，到耐心给我介绍房间的各项设施，每一个细节都让人感觉特别舒服。
住过这么多酒店，北京宝格丽的服务真的让人印象深刻，尤其是Vanessa管家的专业和贴心，让这次入住多了很多温暖的小细节。

在定位城市奢华的酒店里麪，北京宝格丽是我和我老公唯一有超预期以及惊喜感的酒店。无论是设施设计还是服务上，都令人深刻。在这里想特别感谢charlotte全程跟进整个入住过程，我觉得她对于客人的上心程度已经超越工作需要，感受到很大的热情和感动。酒店业需要这样从顾客角度出发的人，除此之外，还需要感谢客房阿姨多次送物，始终笑意盈盈，热心的礼宾等等，为此次北京之行画上了完美的句号。下次有机会再来北京，还会来住，也会在其他城市和国家都体验宝格丽品牌～

如果想要在重要的日子留下深刻的回忆，选宝格丽就没错了。 谢谢团队的前期沟通，以及遇事处理到最后更上一层，把一流奢华酒店的细节给表现出来。谢谢管家团队的用心和Daniel的服务。此行的目的最终达成是由于服务的努力而不仅只是酒店的标配。度过了一个愉快的旅行。

从服务衞生到设施环境近乎无可挑剔，绝对可以排个人心中北京前三。五星评价也是真心打的，酒店并没有任何提及（现在不主动要好评的很少了）
24小时客房早餐这个服务挺棒的，分量也比较足，但个人认为菜品质量还可以再提高一点（并不是不好，可能期待比较高，虽然北京大部分酒店早餐也就那样）更能符合宝格丽的水准。
因本次时间有限没有体验很多酒店的设施项目，希望以后有机会可以都尝试一下。整体入住体验还是很好的，去玩的朋友可以值得一试。

刚好平安夜，圣诞节连住3晚！体验感太棒了！
地理位置绝佳，去两个主题乐园都很近！
早餐非常的丰富，款式多样，味道很好！
房间设施也维护得很好，很乾净舒适，就是床对于我个人来説有点太软！
无论是前台，礼宾部，餐厅，还是路过的酒店员工，都很nice，主动提供帮助！
下次还会再入住！

房间很舒适，设施新，床很解压，被子香软音响不错，枕头菜单丰富，文化氛围好，可以感受宝格丽的底藴，衞生标准很高，所到之处都很整洁。服务一顶一的好，最要感谢管家Laura，非常nice，很喜欢她，不仅有明媚笑容，声音甜美，英语也超好，服务超级贴心，做事得体优雅，处理需求神速，给我们跨年迎新留下非常美好的回忆，带来意大利帅哥送鲜花，氛围拉满，我和女儿都很开心。送我们的纪念礼物，很用心，留下我和孩子的行走痕迹，很珍贵，感谢了，美食美酒也真的值得赞美一下。早餐好惬意，阳光大堂，音乐，自助和单点，真的好松弛，好喜欢。愉快轻松，要特别感谢我们最棒的管家，一切都安排得满分。谢谢亲爱的Laura,我们会再来，希望还能有你的陪伴，爱上宝格丽

I stayed at the Beijing Bulgari Hotel this weekend and had an absolutely fantastic experience. This is my first time staying at Bulgari, and the environment is stunning, combining Chinese culture with Italian style that makes me feel luxurious.
The mattress was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night’s sleep after a long day of learning at school. The food offerings were also impressive. I tried both Chinese breakfasts and Italian breakfasts, all of which are tasty. I also ordered a pasta, which had many steps in the production process and was made very delicately.
One standout aspect of my stay was the exceptional service from my housekeeper, Shengy. She was incredibly attentive and made communication effortless. Her service truly enhanced my experience.
Overall, I highly recommend the Beijing Bulgari Hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious stay with top-notch service! The Bulgari Hotel Beijing is my favorite hotel in Beijing!!
