前两年来住，电梯出故障关了十来分钟，小孩有哮喘差点犯病。这次来酒店装修，小孩又出现急性荨麻疹的过敏，酒店沟通后也没说调换一下房间，与这酒店无缘！

饭店房间内的设施装潢非常新颖干净，包括卫浴设备以及房内的灯光照明，都让人一入住，就感到非常愉悦舒服，近期饭店大概是有重新换装更新！
饭店位于王府井大街的一端，附近150米左右有金鱼胡同地铁站，另一端不到700公尺左右，另有灯市口地铁站，进出北京中轴线主要景点都非常方便；饭店邻近王府井购物中心商场，附近餐饮美食餐厅林立，无论是逛街、购物、用餐，全都近在咫尺，非常推荐对初次造访北京的自由行游客入住。

地点好，近王府井大街，方便跑完景点去逛逛去吃饭。晚餐去就近四季名福，网上取筹，差不多到号就慢慢从酒店走过去。房间比地铁站附近的商旅连锁酒店大，而且有浴缸，孩子每晚泡澡很开心。房间新装修，整洁，第一天房内有装修味，后来几天也嗅不到。酒店客服Nora服务挺细心周到的。

Very nice very clean, the receptionist named Crystal was very fluent in English which help us a lot during our stay.
The concierge are also helpful with carrying our luggages, one, whose name I unfortunately can't remember, even helped us recommend a place to eat Beijing Duck for locals (he is quite fat and his hair sticks out)
Also Boyd Fan concierge manager who wanted to help me send my things that I have left behind at the hotel from Beijing to Shanghai
