住房環境很安靜，客房服務人員很好。大堂的禮賓部很有耐心幫我叫計程車。夜間安全人員很盡責，會告知周遭環境的路線。櫃檯態度也很好。連住三天早出晚歸，最棒就是房間隔音好，安靜舒適。

酒店还不错，性价比高，位置就在王府井步行街附近，非常方便，公交站就在酒店门口，早餐偏西式，达不到四星、五星级酒店的标准，种类偏少。舒适度整体感觉还可以。

十二年以后再次入住依然感觉非常的好，酒店的地理位置就不用多说了北京的最中心位置，五星級酒店設施五星级的服务，前台的帅哥服務非常的好说话有礼貌，比隔壁的皇冠假日洒店服務態度要好上百倍，感謝前台帮我房間升级了，離店时候又帮我叫好出租车，很滿意下次还会入住
