不愧是帝都老牌5星酒店，地理位置绝佳，特别适合亲子游，酒店服务员 刘晓慧 让我记忆深刻，当我带着孩子到店时已经有点晚了，我的父母从另外一座城市到北京和我汇合，由于不能安排在同一个楼层，还特别棒我升级了房间，房间就可以看到阔气的大厅，这个房间很安静，还特意为孩子准备了儿童牙刷和七巧板，非常赞

在一个陌生城市订酒店，我选了好久最后还是选择这个酒店，没有让我们失望，酒店的服务很好，满足了客人的要求，让我们很满意。就是周边合口味的食物太少了。位置还可以，离王府井，故宫，天安门都很近，走2条街就到了。

酒店前台服务特别好，指甲剪，孩子拖鞋等打电话后送的很及时。泳池也干净，特别表扬客房服务员，因为天气热，给我多送了水，留了字条，觉得特别友好温馨
