Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price
We stayed at the Sheraton Grand Beijing over New Year and had a truly disappointing experience from start to finish.
On arrival, the front desk staff were rude and unwelcoming. We were incorrectly told that our booking did not include breakfast, even though one breakfast was clearly included. Staff attempted to overcharge us and showed little interest in resolving the issue professionally.
Our initial room had a massive leak coming through the ceiling, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. While we were moved to another room, the replacement room was not properly set up for three people as booked. There was only one robe, only two bottles of water, and to make matters worse, the robe provided had someone else’s hair on it — extremely unhygienic and off-putting.
Breakfast was another low point. The food quality was poor, and the staff in the breakfast area were incredibly unhelpful. They actively avoided eye contact and pretended not to see us when we needed assistance.
Overall, this hotel does not live up to the Sheraton name. If you are a foreigner, I would strongly suggest staying elsewhere — we were consistently made to feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. Poor service, poor hygiene, and poor attitude made this a stay we will not be repeating.

一羣中国老年女性会聚集在温泉池边，袒胸露背并大声交谈，这令其他使用者望而却步，不愿使用该温泉设施；通过携程预订的酒店声称距离国家体育场（鸟巢/国家体育馆）步行可达，这种説法极具误导性——而这恰好也是我们选择在此预订喜来登酒店的原因。第一晚因窗户发出的噪音而感到不安，多亏了接待人员的协助，我们得以在次日更换了房间。早餐一般——种类繁多但味道普遍一般，对于君悦酒店来説实属寻常。

老牌酒店 门口没什么服务人员的 进去要去角落找前台 入住方便 门口就有地铁站 如果是去鸟巢这些地方交通很便利 门口也有小型超市餐饮中心国贸 床铺很大 枕头比较差 枕芯明显的年久未更换 全部塌了 因为有高有低 但总体比较接受 衞生还不错 就是每个垃圾桶都不套垃圾袋 为了环保？ 整体可以吧

房间整体不错，电视升级换代了，可以投屏，但是有点小，离床比较远。订房套餐里包括免费停车，这个非常难得，很方便，很满意。 周边电影院、餐馆啥都有，离地铁站也很近，楼下就有个小广场，适合出游

The hotel is pretty old but still luxurious. The room is spacious and clean, huge open bathroom with separate standing shower, toilet and bathtub. Water pressure is good though it takes a while for the hot water to come on. Full amenities provided. Bed is a little soft for my liking but a good size for their twin beds.
There's a multi-building mall nearby within 3 mins walking distance, with a few eateries, restaurants, Watsons and 盒马 supermarket. There's also a metro station just outside the hotel on Line 12.
Breakfast spread was excellent, truly a full buffet, ranging from the usual American fav to continental standard fare to local tastes and live stations.
The indoor pool is a good size, full lap length and temperature controlled. Seems like a local hotel practice to require swim caps but here at least they have some to lend, unlike the other hotel where we had to buy from them. The locker room also has a sauna, steam room and a hot jacuzzi tub. Clean and comfortable facilities.
A truly 5* stay throughout.

因为出差的需要这次订的是一个三人间，房间整体上非常整洁，三个人住也不会拥挤或者不自在。每天打扫的服务员都会把同事的玩偶换一个摆放方式，很可爱。每天工作结束回到房间都会很开心，因为玩偶也有被很好的照顾到。
设施：一楼还有一些历史文化的装饰，走进大堂还是有一定的艺术文化感受
衞生：不错
环境：安静舒适
服务：周到
连住享·延迟退房至14:00（视房量房态）:对于出差来説，早上吃了早饭还能回去上班开会，还是很好的体验。
