房间住得特别舒服，法式的装修，地理位置去各大学及颐和园等都很方便，特别适合亲子。前台周到，床品属实，房间安静，交通便捷，门口迎宾刘师傅特别热情每次都和孩子逗趣儿，宾至如归的感觉。最有意思是房间保洁，前日孩子在床上留了个娃娃，第二天回来看到Judy亲切地躺在孩子床上的被窝里，特别富有童趣。
很是推荐，附近还有北京动物园，下次争取再去国家图书馆转转。

首先，对中关村美居酒店的店长、服务员组成的团队，服务态度和响应速度给予好评！这是因为他们对待客户的意见是有着专业水准的重视和耐心的！虽然在入住整体体验上有些不愉快！但瑕不掩瑜！服务团队处理顾客意见的效率和水平是值得认可的！其次也对携程平台对入驻商户的筛选和平台内部管理上的水平和力度是可圈可点的！总之对于市场来説，一流的服务软实力永远是王道！
