本次入住非常愉快，酒店人员服务热情，房间环境整洁。尤其是前台工作人员陈佳蕾，态度非常好，听到我是首次入住，还专门帮我升级了套房进行体验。另外，1521房间的清洁人员也非常好，主动帮我解决困难，也一起感谢！

到了酒店，前台coco帮接的梨水，梨水真的很不错，还可以暖手。酒店大堂很大气，二楼餐厅很好吃，coco还给了一张500-100的优惠券，最后只用了400多吃饭，划算很多。房间虽然説是在装修，但是晚上还是很安静的，没有噪音。酒店外面很冷，但是房间算得上热，在屋里只穿单衣就可以了。总的来説，入住体验挺好，还会再来。

很老的一个酒店了，地理位置很优越，北三环去哪儿距离都还行，值得称道的是早餐很丰盛
但是设施真的太老了，被子床铺潮潮的
有天晚上甚至停电了大概 20 分钟 就和离谱
服务态度倒是都蛮不错的

这次和朋友出行，选择了格兰云天大酒店，前台小姐姐人很好，主动给升级了房型，房间宽敞、明亮、温馨，衞生间乾湿分离、使用起来十分方便，虽然紧邻三环但是隔音效果非常好，交通也便利，五星推荐，下次还来！

前台小陈经理服务很好帮忙解决发票的问题，主动帮忙联系了平台，酒店位置很好来附近出差很方便，房间设施和房况也不错性价比挺好的
