设施比较老旧，服务态度说不上不好，总觉得那么虚情假意的，服务员从骨子里就看你不爽的感觉，把你当贼防着。空调一间噪音大另一间晚上不热，冻了一下。不过无所谓了。酒店位置比较尴尬，距离南站1.5公里，走路嫌远，头一天去的时候想着不远走走看吧，第二天早上吃了早饭想打车了根本就没有师傅接单，最后还是在早上的寒风中走路去了南站。说到早饭，那真是相当一般，你见过蒸的油条吗，反正我见识到了。

酒店可能是距离北京南站最近的四星级酒店吧，房间设施还不错，就是早餐太简单，房间里也没有供应矿泉水和茶叶，这一点不是四星级酒店的配置
