房间视野很好，可以俯瞰王府井大街的四合院，房间乾净整洁，床品很舒服，晚上到得比较晚，遇到一个商务团，办理入住稍微等了一下下，总的来説还很流畅。酒店带的四合院下午茶，四合院是特色，很出片，下午茶比较简单。

套房可远眺故宫，白塔，景山等名胜古蹟，下方还可看到一座完整漂亮的四合院。酒店最好玩的就是机器人送水服务。但其他客服人员也是服务周到热情。还有，酒店大堂那麪用书垒成的墙也很有特色。值得再次入住。

入住北京金茂万丽酒店体验非常满意，酒店位置便利，房间整洁舒适，床品柔软，隔音效果很好。特别感谢前台Sarah，服务热情专业，办理入住高效细致，还主动介绍酒店设施和周边讯息，让人倍感贴心。整个入住过程顺畅愉快，服务品质一流，下次来北京还会选择这里，也会推荐给朋友入住。

“説实话，这酒店住下来感觉特别舒服。房间打扫得乾乾净净，布局也让人觉得踏实放松，住进去跟在自己家似的，一点都不别扭。服务特别贴心，从进门办入住到退房，每个人説话都客客气气的，有需求响应也快，心里头特暖和。早餐真得夸夸，品种多，味道也对胃口，不管是想吃口热乎的粥还是来杯咖啡提神，都特别满意，他们家的咖啡还挺香，不是那种敷衍的。另外，酒店位置也很好，出门走几步就是公交地铁，去哪都方便。总体感觉就是，住得舒服、吃得满意、服务也周到，下次来肯定还选这家。”

酒店大堂格调高雅，左侧前台后面敞开的书架，展示古代典籍，右侧的酒吧设计时尚，走进酒店就如同从古代走到现代的感觉。
在万丽四合院里享用宫廷下午茶，感觉很好，按传统的三进四合院建造，坐北朝南，门墩，影壁，垂花二道门，石榴树等，很有老北京的特色，印象深刻。下午茶的服务员很热情。
房间窗外景色很独特，近处是老北京胡同和四合院，远眺是故宫和西山，城市风貌尽收眼底。
酒店服务到位，有问题及时沟通解决。早餐还可以，恒温泳池人少，游泳舒服。酒店位置优越，东边是首都剧场，往北是美术馆、隆福寺，南边是王府井，离故宫、景山、北海等景点都不远，处于核心区域。

My recent stay at the Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel was, overall, a very positive experience. One of the property’s greatest strengths is its exceptional location in the heart of Beijing. Situated within walking distance of some of the nation’s most iconic landmarks, including Wangfujing Street, the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and other historic attractions, the hotel serves as an excellent base from which to explore China’s capital city.
The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and a convenient range of amenities. While the guest rooms were somewhat smaller than expected and showed signs of age in certain areas, they remained clean, comfortable, and modestly appointed with everything needed for a pleasant stay.
One area that could benefit from improvement is the hotel’s internet connectivity. Wi-Fi service in the common areas, particularly the lobby and dining venues, was frequently unstable and made it somewhat challenging to remain connected while working or communicating outside of the guest room. Fortunately, connectivity within the rooms was considerably more reliable and generally sufficient for both business and personal use.
Despite these minor shortcomings, the Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel remains a solid choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location in central Beijing. Its proximity to many of the city’s most renowned cultural and historical attractions makes it an appealing option for both first-time visitors and returning travelers alike.

酒店17层的行政酒廊是眺望故宫的绝佳位置，没有特殊活动，一般从早晨6:30到晚上10点开放，可以一次看个够，看日出日落夜晚的故宫紫禁城。
酒店服务很好，工作人员主动问好，门僮主动帮拿行李。行政酒廊的小姐姐们页超好，主动提供故宫拍照技巧。
酒店就在王府井大街上，首都剧场对过儿。购物吃饭超级方便。王府井大街经疫情后部分路段改成了封闭式步行街，成为了真正的中国第一金街，好吃好玩儿好热闹。晚上王府井大街又变成了达人秀舞台，到处是唱歌跳舞的。繁华之中又有浓浓的烟火气。
酒店里美术馆地铁站步行几分钟，离北京的核心景点，天安门、故宫、前门、天坛、景山、什刹海、南锣鼓巷等都很方便。酒店门口就是共享单车指定停放点。
