號稱5星級大酒店，裡面設備老舊、浴室黃垢、浴巾上有一點一點的黑垢，空調可能太老舊，運轉聲音太吵，衛生實在不行，實際上最多2-3星的檔次而已。訂房時付851元，現場交1400元押金，退房說要再扣851房費，原來一開始付的是擔保金。擔保金及押金要7-14個工作天才能返回，你們說，人性化嗎！
