再一次订到了舒睡房，开心??。
设施：不是新酒店了，设施肯定是有些老旧的，但保养的不错，使用起来很方便的。
衞生：各个角落都非常乾净
环境：地理位置不用多説了，西单周边，一应俱全。
服务：岁末年初，酒店里一片节日氛围，很喜庆。店员服务也好，延迟退房也满足了。
这里是我出差必选的酒店，很方便，很喜欢。

The location is just fantastic, 4 malls within walking distance. The food choices around are great. The best is it is near the Huawei Building where the famous 四季民福 is. This outlet has less queue than others. Service is also great. Got a little injury and the housekeeping team was relentless in helping to get plasters and medication. Got a little gift from them when I left. Really great experience.

本来只定了一晚，入住后觉得房间睡得非常舒服且地理位置超级优越。连忙把其它酒店都取消了宁可每天打车来回。説实话这个价格性价比真的超级高。酒店人员服务也很好，再来还会选择！

超级满意，因为怕吵，酒店安排了高楼层房间，隔音效果超级好。床品舒适，房间很大，这个价位性价比也太高了。给酒店提了个淋喷头方面的小小建议，前台説会让师傅及时来维修。下次还会再住！

设施：设施齐全，在寸土寸金的西城区西单附近算是同价位里面性价比最高的酒店了。设施还可以吧。
衞生：良好。

就是半夜有人刷卡进了我的房间 我当时已经躺着准备休息 被吓了一跳 酒店当时没有给任何解释 就让我等 后面就怪我説门关好房门 事实是酒店保洁收拾完房间后我就没出房间 真的离大谱 后续我自己报警 因为很晚了 所以我把所有房间里可以移动的家俱都推到门口堵住房门住了一晚 第二天一早抓紧退房 再也不去了 独自旅行的女生非常不推荐住这里 非常不安全

超出预期的一次入住体验??在和另一家五星酒店之间选择了泛太平洋，非常正确的选择！首先我一点半提前入住，很多房间还没打扫完，前台小哥给我做了免费升级，让我直接入住休息??房间宽敞整洁明亮，有胶囊咖啡机的小吧枱深得我心??中午一楼自助餐住店客人168元，选择挺多，有小火锅还有烤鸭，方便实惠，很赞??第二天由于我不小心按了勿扰，晚上回来打客房服务，立马派了两位服务员整理了房间，反应及时。最后退房时前台Serena还赠送了小礼品 ?? 总之，入住的两天时间，泛太平洋从头到尾给我的感觉非常好??下次到北京还会选择住这儿。
