酒店毛巾旧且特脏，有污渍，像擦过马桶；服务员态度极其冷淡且恶劣，没有最基本的服务意识，再也不住这家了。。。

服务极差，现在网上预订的酒店大部分要么不用押金要么可以用微信扣除押金，他们家必须现金或者刷卡。关键是你这个规定写出来大家知道也好啊，完全没有写。那天去的时候已经半夜十二点了，两个人冻的不行，前台服务差极了，我们说了因为之前不知情实在是没有现金也没带银行卡在身上，就直接说那我也没办法你们退房吧。我真是呵呵了，大半夜十二点，旁边银行都**关门了，附近连个小卖部都没有，叫我们自己想办法不然退房。这种态度真的是服务业吗？简直搞笑。最后跟旁边已经打烊的麦当劳的一个员工用微信转账换的现金，那天真的是气的哭的心都有。再也不会去了，既然酒店觉得对我们这一个客户不多，那我们是再也觉得酒店少这一个不算少。
