离鸟巢很近，订的标间、没有房了、前台给升级了套间。前台服务很好。拿的东西比较多，服务人员帮忙按了电梯。

酒店房间很小，停车场收费，住的酒店二楼，一位50多岁服务员，北京本地人，服务态度非常不好，当时从外面回来，着急上厕所，房间门开不开了，找服务员帮助，服务员不管让上一楼找前台，后又和服务员交涉，因为着急上厕所先和前台核实完，后服务员非常不愿意把房间门开了，感觉服务窗口不应该这样，正值十一黄金周，还有很多国际友人在这住，代表中国人的素质，真给中国人丢脸，一个酒店要做的长久首先服务就是软实力.
