生平第一次给差评。飞了十个小时早上到店，在有空房的情况不允许入住，说是规定，因为我到的太早。这一趟直航航班怪我咯? 没有空房我可以理解。有的情况下也必须让疲惫不堪的客人等候? 前台还和我怼?厉害厉害佩服佩服。住了这些年酒店你们是我唯一的差评，拿好不客气。

预定的高级双床间，到了现场艺龙给预定成了大床房，沟通协调解决，艺龙让加床，团体出行，让谁住大床？谁住单人床？这不是区别对待么？重新开了间房。都说好了，到赔付的时候负责理赔的人员又说说好了只赔付加床的费用。请问双床间变成了大床房是你们艺龙的错误，凭什么你艺龙的错误我来买单。
