住的是面朝鸟巢的房间，整体还不错，就在国家会议中心后面，出入、吃饭都很方便。就是隔音差了点，其他服务都还行。

服务真的很一般，尤其是总台在入住的时候。还有就是明明订了三个晚上，而且还预付了款，酒店确只有两个晚上的信息，还需要我自己打电话去艺龙落实，无论是酒店还是艺龙真的很差，和携程相比服务差太远了
