设施较新，服务还不错，做卫生的阿姨很客气！房间隔音效果一般，走道里讲话还是很大声的。空调不给力，盖被子热，不盖又冷。枕头不是很舒服的，不像有的酒店枕头都分高低枕的！

前台服务态度很好，还给升了豪华大床，这是很新，很干净，很敞亮，落地大窗也很给力，位置也很好，交通方便，再来襄阳还会再选择这里的

性价比非常高的酒店，设施是全新的，双床房的床也很大，我们两个大人带两个孩子睡都很宽敞。洗漱间和厕所是分开的，分布在进门走廊左右两侧，这样人多时洗澡上厕所互不影响，喜欢这个设计。酒店门前有专门的停车场，停车方便。办完入住，大堂经理Sissi亲自把我们送到房间，还介绍了酒店的情况，期间还打电话询问过有没有其他问题需要帮助。离店时还按人数赠送了矿泉水，非常贴心，强烈推荐美居酒店。
