房间和走廊都很安静且地毯脚感很好。装修风格和家俱设施保留80年代的做派，希望能够适当更新。前台（Joyce）服务态度友善，主动了解我的诉求并提出适当的解决方案。总机客服及时电话回访，值得表扬。

去办理签证，搜了一下这个酒店距离挺近，走路10分钟，就定这个了，前台小姐姐态度很好，还免费升级了房间，打电话总机服务也很好，有什么需要都能超快解决，因为距离使馆区很近，外国友人住宿页挺多，服务人员都挺和善。一次完美的住宿体验

第一次来住海航万豪酒店，虽然设施有些年头了，但服务真的很好。门口的叔叔很亲切，帮我接行李并送到前台。前台的姑娘Diana 办理入住也很亲切。最好的体验是行政楼层，因为我要做商务谈判，行政楼层的Helen帮我安排了会议室，免费使用了两小时，真是太感谢，下次出差还会选择这里。
Ps：房间简约大气，安排了喜欢的楼层。虽然酒店年代较久，但收拾得很乾净，推荐。

Это худший отель в котором мне приходилось останавливаться в сети Marriott. Я посетил более 20 разных отелей этой сети в Китае и очень люблю именно эту сеть … но этот был худший . Не рекомендую его никому .. номер был грязный и старый . Рваные ковер на входе ….При том что цена 900 юаней сутки. Окно было не возможно открыть занавески всегда закрыты так как вид из номера просто на ужасную крышу где могли ходить люди пока ты находился в ванной комнате ….. за всеми предметами мебели огромные пыль мусор . Обои отклеены … это было худшее впечатление. Мне хотелось просто плакать и я провела сутки в этом ужасном месте . Однозначно это не 5 звезд и этот отель не достоин быть частью этой сети ….

A well maintained but old hotel. Location is not very good if you are looking to visit the major sites in the city central, however it is nice and quiet and away from the chaotic crowds. There are also lots of small restaurants just 2-3 minutes walk, not touristy restaurants but those frequented by locals, which is another plus in staying here.
The gym was well-equipped and with lots of machines. Open 24 hours, they also have an indoor heated swimming pool. Staff are pleasant; though checking in and out took some time. Rooms are large, clean and inexpensive.
If you order takeout from ******* app, you can request for the staff to sent it up via the cute electronic waiter ??

这家万豪酒店整体还可以的，前台工作人员的服务比较细心，酒店的游泳池也挺好，泳道还是比较宽敞的。就是距离地铁站步行稍微有点远，骑共享单车去还比较方便
