服务人员态度挺不错的，很有礼貌。房间很大，设备比较齐全。酒店的位置比较好，离清华等中国顶尖学府很近。早餐还比较丰富，西式中式都有，有北京和辽宁特色菜。

地理位置不方便胜在国庆价格不贵，因为没睡好所以没有体验游泳池，餐饮是外包的，无名居性价比不高，但是有一个菜味道出乎意料的不错。
早餐有点一般，品种不多，去晚了不是没有了就是冷了。而且国庆10点就结束了。
服务态度总体还可以，但是4.8分有点不匹配，没有达到预期

酒店很安静，衞浴乾净，房间宽敞，早餐超级满足，各项服务都让人满意，工作人员服务意识强，整体素质很高，符合星级标准，给辽宁大厦点赞??晚上办公时，房间灯光稍显昏暗，跟前台小孙反应，他服务热情，很快联系客房部送来合适的枱灯，这种人性化的服务充满宾至如归的温暖。推荐入住北京辽宁大厦。

酒店是真的很老了，因为入住晚，没有特别仔细的体会。
优点：
1、大堂环境良好，蛮气派的，就是办入住的小哥衣服皱巴巴的；
2、服务很好，态度主动友好，到处遇人都会打招呼；
3、前台小哥主动送了一份早餐，半夜送枕头也很及时；
缺点：
1、硬件老化严重，房间的镜子已经锈了，wifi设备上没擦乾净，看起来是沾染的辣汤之类；
2、淋浴间只有顶头的莲蓬，没有手持的；
3、空调也不太灵光，应该也是很老的空调了；
4、门僮当客人的麪挖鼻孔。
总体来説，价格还是很适合的，尽管老化，在清华周边的酒店里已经算还可以的了…

住的套房，面积尚可，早餐不错，煎饼好评。
但离铁路和马路比较近，噪音震动比较大；房间智能化水平一般。
最影响体验的是，前台服务态度一般，退房走、路途远要瓶水都不给，以前台没水为由拒绝，建议改进服务。
PS：携程多年，第一次给相对较差的评价。

酒店前台小贾服务非常好，早餐种类多，每次上课都住辽宁大厦，院子里绿化做的不错，楼下健身房也免费，不错的选择！
